Residential repair

We can fix most of the superautomatic models from Saeco, DeLonghi, Gaggia, and Spidem.  We can also repair most of the prosumer traditional machines from Lelit, Quick Mill, Rocket, ECM, Profitec, and Bezzera.

At this time we are unable to assist with repairs on Jura, Breville, and Cuisinart units.  We are also unable to assist with repairing the DeLonghi La Specialista.  Home coffee brewers and Coffee Pod/Capsule/Nespresso units are not candidates for repair service.

Due to the very large variety of parts that make up the vast array of home machines, it is difficult to provide an exact timeline for repairs on home units.  We strive to return units within 7 business days from drop off, but parts availability and our commercial service workload will have an impact on residential repair turnaround.
